This is a new series. The first season will be smaller than the third, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to lose the people we actually want. So the earliest sponsors pay what a new series is worth, not what we expect it to be worth — and they keep that price for as long as they stay.

We are building a community around entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, small businesses and people trying to get ahead in this industry — including the parts nobody puts on a conference agenda, like how isolating this work gets and what it does to your head. If that is a room you want your name in, this is the cheapest it will ever be to put it there.

Sponsorship bills as an annual subscription and renews at your locked rate each year — that lock is the offer, and it holds for as long as you renew without a gap. Cancel any time before a renewal by replying to any vixxiv email or writing to hello@vixxiv.com; cancelling ends the lock, so coming back later means coming back at the rate then. Founder’s Club places are limited to the first 50 sponsors and the second free year requires joining by 1 November 2026. Payments are processed by Square; vixxiv never sees your card number.

Can I sponsor a single event instead?

No. Sponsorship is one annual package covering all 17 events. It is priced below what a single conference day usually costs, because the point is a year of presence rather than one night.

What happens to my price next year?

Nothing, as long as you renew without a gap. Your rate is locked — when the events grow and the price rises, yours stays where it started.

When is my card charged?

When you submit the form, for the first year. It renews on the same date each year at the same amount until you cancel. The receipt is emailed to the address you give on the form.

What do you need from me once I have signed up?

Your logo and booth artwork, any on-demand video you want playing, your booth copy and a link, and the emails of whoever needs to staff it. You send it once. Exact specs come with your welcome pack; assets are due 14 days before the first event in your window.
